What IdScanly processes
IdScanly processes identity document images and extracted OCR results only to provide document recognition, demo access, API support and related communication.
Document images and extracted fields can contain sensitive personal data. Customers are responsible for collecting and submitting data lawfully.
Document image retention
Identity document images are processed in memory and discarded after processing by default. The public website does not provide a document archive or gallery.
Enterprise deployments may use custom retention settings only when explicitly configured.
Website, contact and demo data
Contact forms collect the details you submit so we can respond to API access, pricing, security or integration questions.
The live demo may use Google sign-in, daily usage limits and technical logs needed to operate the demo and prevent abuse.
Cookies and third-party services
The website may use analytics, reCAPTCHA, Google sign-in, hosting, email delivery and security services. These providers process limited technical data needed to operate the website.
Do not upload documents to the live demo unless you are authorized to process that document data.
