## What IdScanly processes

IdScanly processes identity document images and extracted OCR results only to provide document recognition, demo access, API support and related communication.

Document images and extracted fields can contain sensitive personal data. Customers are responsible for collecting and submitting data lawfully.

## Processed. Never retained.

Your document has a purpose, not a place in an archive. We return the extracted data without retaining document images or personal data.

Images travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Once processing finishes, we are ready for the next image.

No image storage or processing log files.

No retention of extracted personal data.

Only broad, aggregate statistics, such as document country and type.

## Website, contact and demo data

Contact forms collect the details you submit so we can respond to API access, pricing, security or integration questions.

The live demo may use Google sign-in, daily usage limits and technical logs needed to operate the demo and prevent abuse.
